It’s Autumn in Vermont, and what better way to celebrate than with our Autumn Seasonal Coffees?

Our Fair Trade Pumpkin Spice coffee is an annual offering that folks all over look forward to. It offers the experience of fresh-baked pumpkin pie — rich with warm spice notes and creamy body — and it’s now available in decaf, too!

And our Fair Trade Autumn Harvest Blend is a long-time favorite among leaf-peepers. Our Autumn Harvest Blend offers the clean, bright flavors of exceptional Central American coffees, and the sweet smoke and caramel of our French Roast. The result is crisp and vibrant — like a beautiful Fall sky framed by colorful leaves.

Both are Fair Trade Certified™… and available only for a limited time. Don’t miss them!

Fair Trade Presentation

Join us for a presentation and coffee cupping on October 15th.

cupping.jpgEd Canty — Fair Trade Buyer for Green Mountain Coffee — will talk about fair trade origins, the goals of fair trade, and some of the impact that Fair Trade has had on coffee communities that we source our coffee from.

We’ll also cup — or formally taste — various coffees from some of our Fair Trade Certified™ growers.

Mark your calendar for October 15, 2007 at 6:00pm!

We’re open!

cafe_cup2.jpgOur visitor center and café is now open every day from 7am to 6pm. (Okay, okay… so we’re closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.)

Waterbury Station is a jewel of the Italianate Victorian style, lovingly restored to its circa 1875 glory. The station still serves train passengers on the Amtrack line that runs from St. Albans, Vermont to Washington, D.C.

Our visitors’ center offers cutting-edge interactive and world-class rich media experiences. Learn how coffee is grown, harvested, processed and roasted. Sample coffees from around the world. Experience the “taste of place” that makes each origin unique. Discover unique gifts and crafts from coffee-growing communities.

And after your tour, relace in our café with a cappuccino, latte, espresso or other coffee creation, custom-made for you.
